Embrace is made to your measurements. We don't believe in 'average' — your chair is built to fit your body, confirmed with a fit preview before we cut any wood. The result is a chair that feels like it was always meant for you.

The frame is solid hardwood — Walnut (our signature) or Oak. Upholstery is high-density foam with premium textured fabric. Every joint is precision-cut on our CNC and hand-finished for heirloom quality.

We build furniture to last generations, not years. The solid hardwood frame carries a 5-year structural warranty, but with proper care, your Embrace will outlast most furniture you'll ever own.

Yes. We offer a curated selection of premium textured fabrics in neutral tones that complement the wood. Founders 10 customers receive a premium fabric upgrade included.

We guide you through measuring key dimensions: height, leg length, torso proportions, and your preferred seating position. It takes about 10 minutes with a tape measure and our step-by-step instructions.

We review your measurements and flag anything that looks unusual before generating your fit preview. If something seems off, we'll reach out to double-check.

Before we build, you receive a visual preview showing exactly how your chair will be proportioned for your body. You approve this before we cut any wood — no surprises.

Our fit guarantee covers adjustments within 14 days of delivery if the chair doesn't match your approved fit preview. We'll make it right at no extra cost.

1) Request a fit preview by submitting your measurements. 2) Review and approve your preview. 3) Pay a 50% deposit to reserve your build slot. 4) We build your chair (~2 weeks). 5) Pay the balance, then pickup or delivery.

Base configuration (Oak + standard fabric) starts at €3,050 including VAT. Walnut upgrade is +€450. Premium fabric is +€300. Delivery within our area is +€95, or pickup from Utrecht is free.

50% deposit when you approve your fit preview, which reserves your build slot. The remaining 50% is due before delivery or pickup.

Before production starts: full refund minus €150 admin fee. Once we've begun building your custom piece, cancellation isn't possible — it's made specifically for you.

Approximately 2 weeks from deposit to completion. We build one chair at a time to ensure quality and attention to detail.

We deliver assembled chairs within 90 minutes of Utrecht, Netherlands. Outside this area? Pickup from Utrecht is always free, or we can arrange a courier quote.

Yes. We deliver fully assembled and place it in your room of choice. No flat-pack, no assembly required.

Yes! We send updates at key milestones: design locked, cut day, assembly, finishing, and ready for delivery.

Our first 10 customers get a premium fabric upgrade included (€300 value) in exchange for sharing photos of the chair in your home and a short testimonial after a couple weeks of use.

3-5 photos of the chair in your space — nothing professional required. Natural light, your phone camera, real life. We want to show future customers what Embrace looks like in actual homes.

Dust the wood with a soft dry cloth. For fabric, vacuum occasionally and spot-clean spills promptly. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. We'll include detailed care instructions with delivery.

5-year structural warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This doesn't cover normal wear, accidents, or damage from improper care.

Contact us with photos. We'll assess and either repair, replace components, or find another solution. We stand behind our work.
